-       Fill in amounts in increments of $20

-       If paying by CC, squares can be picked upon verification of donation.

-       Email epinson99@yahoo.com with square choice 1-100. 

-       Please give 3 number choices for each square purchased if you want a particular square.  We will do our best to get you the number you choose, or the closest to it.

 PRIZES:

Final:  $150 AMEX gift card

Half: $50 AMEX gift card

Each Quarter: $25 AMEX gift card

Reverse of the Half and Final:  $25 AMEX gift card

**Prize denomination will be constant, but the brand of gift card may change due to

 availability (ie VISA may be substituted).
